Letter from the Secretary-General

Dear Delegates,

On behalf of the entire secretariat, I am thrilled to welcome you to the 6th annual Wheaton Model United Nations Conference! It has been an absolute pleasure to organize this conference for all of you, and I greatly look forward to seeing you all in April.

WheaMUN is a conference geared towards high-school students and MUN teams in the Massachusetts Bay area interested in learning about college-level MUN. With an emphasis on dynamic debate, WheaMUN is hosting a lineup of all crisis committees. It is our hope that this special committee style will be both a uniquely exciting experience and educate delegates on the crisis formats that characterize the collegiate MUN circuit.

WheaMUN VI will be hosted in Norton, MA on Wheaton College's historic campus by our nationally ranked Model UN travel team. The conference will take place on April 20th, 2024 as a full-day event. We are confident that this year's WheaMUN will be full of intense yet good-natured debate, camaraderie, and fun.

We are so excited and grateful for your attendance this April!

Sincerely,

Max van Osdol

WheaMUN Secretary-General
